There is no substitute for mechanically removing the plaque from your teeth with your toothbrush. Oral hygiene aids should be used in conjunction with each other, not as a replacement.

You will thank us later when you think of us and decided to spend that extra two minutes brushing your teeth, even though you fell asleep on the sofa and just wanted to get into bed.

Establish a good routine and stick with it. It takes time to form a new habit but learning to take care of one aspect of your health, makes you health minded and able to take care of other aspects of your life.

It’s about more than just teeth, more than just practicality. The teeth are just a symbol or a by-product.
